We’re based in Castle Rock but travel depending on the project. Our typical service area runs from Parker through Centennial to Evergreen, and down to Monument — and we’re happy to consider jobs outside that zone when it makes sense.

We honestly care more — from communication to building precision. After years working as a subcontractor alongside other contractors, we saw where they let customers down, and we focused on fixing those gaps. We combine a thoughtful, human-centered approach with clear communication and reliable results. It’s not just what we do—it’s how we do it that sets us apart.
-
You can reach us anytime via our contact page, email, text or call. We aim to respond quickly—usually within one business day.

We offer tiered options to fit your needs and your budget. Every project receives superior materials, skilled craftsmanship, and a better overall experience — all at a competitive price. When others appear cheaper, that usually means lower-quality materials, corners cut, and less attention to detail. We keep overhead low and invest in the most advanced tools and techniques so you get lasting results without compromise.

When it comes to building decks, there’s no room for shortcuts. We refuse to cut corners you often see from other contractors — and we make choices that stand up to time, weather, and heavy use. Here’s just some things we do
What we use and why:
3" ring-shank nails: Superior holding power that resists withdrawal and movement over time, keeping decking and framing secure.
Lap beams and solid connections: Proper beam laps and connections prevent premature movement or failure we see at demo
Long 3”1/2 Tico Nails in hangers for a longer lasting connection
We Use a “Stitching” technique with our when framing to lock the joints & beams together better
Pro-Wood lumber for framing: We use Pro-Wood boards milled straight and rated for higher loads. These boards are kiln-dried for stability; unlike the wet pressure-treated lumber commonly sold at big-box stores, kiln-dried framing is far less likely to twist, bow, or heave as it seasons.
Certified installers: I’ve inspected dozens of decking plants and am a certified installer for leading brands such as TimberTech and Deckorators. That hands-on experience informs every material choice and installation detail we make.
The result: a deck built with durable fasteners, stable framing, and manufacturer-approved materials and techniques — delivered with craftsmanship that minimizes maintenance and maximizes lifespan. If you want a deck done right the first time, that’s exactly what we build.

Generally, permits aren’t required if no structural changes are made. After an on-site meeting, if we’re comfortable with the existing structure, the process is typically quick and permits usually aren’t necessary. We will inspect for hidden rot or other issues before starting so there are no major price surprises, but some problems can remain concealed until work begins.
-
We work efficiently to complete each deck project and move on to the next as quickly as possible. For a simple redeck that does not require permits, electrical, masonry, or other trades, the process can be completed rapidly. Projects that involve additional work or are more extensive naturally take longer, but we prioritize staying on schedule and maintaining clear communication with the customer throughout the project. You’ll receive regular updates on progress, any changes to the timeline, and notification of any unforeseen issues so expectations remain aligned from start to finish.
-
This depends on the size and scope of your project and our current schedule. Small jobs are sometimes slotted between larger projects to fill gaps, but availability varies. Time of year and weather also affect timing—busy seasons and inclement weather can extend lead times or cause delays. For a more accurate estimate, provide project details (scope, location, desired start window) and we’ll check current availability and give you a projected timeline.
-
No, we have done this with homeowners in the past and has created complications with the project every time. We don’t do this to markup material cost— We do this to ensure the project goes smother and we can order extra material out of our pocket to pick out the best material to use on your project!
We also get better materials and more completive pricing then homeowners can get our see pricing on.
